As a disabled traveler, I was impressed with the comfortable beds, well-stocked bathroom amenities, and complimentary mini bar in the room. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the nearby London attractions on foot. The hotel offered menu options from the pub as room service, and the meals were excellent and reasonably priced.
I felt special during my stay at The Mad Hatter Hotel, and I have no complaints whatsoever.

The boutique hotel is situated in a convenient location close to most attractions and tube stations. The well-appointed rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, excellent shower pressure, and a complementary minibar stocked up with soft drinks and cider. The hotel's breakfast is delicious, and the staff are friendly and accommodating with prompt service. The hotel has a lift, emergency buttons near the bed, grab rails, and shower seats for the disabled guests' convenience.
There were minor inconveniences such as the bar staff struggling to cope on a busy Saturday evening, delay in getting served, and, unfortunately, running out of the hand-made pies promoted on the menu.

Despite some street noise and a slightly outdated bathroom, my room was comfortable and clean. I appreciated the free mini-bar and the staff's attentiveness to my needs. Overall I had a unique and enjoyable stay at the Mad Hatter.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, just a couple of minutes away from the underground station, making it super convenient to reach all the South Bank attractions. The quirky pub setting adds to the charm of the hotel. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were comfortable, and I appreciated all the small necessities that were provided, from coffee/tea facilities to basic toiletries. The best part was the little extras - a free minibar with goodies, including cider and ale, and a fully stocked bathroom with luxurious shampoo and conditioner. Additionally, the breakfast offered a variety of options, including an unusually good vegetarian sausage, all included at a preferential rate.
All aspects of my stay were perfect.
